Emergency Weather Notice

LKSUD is doing everything we can do to prepare for the icy weather that has been forecasted.
Pentex is now aware of our well locations and how important it is to leave our electricity service powered.
I want to make sure that YOU are aware of the possibility of your backflow device freezing and bursting! Please make sure those devices are turned off and drained if possible.
It has been determined that if the more than 500 backflow devices had not burst, we would have still had water through the freeze last year.
So PLEASE take the time to turn your backflow device off or have them turned off!
